At Crystal Treasure, we pack and ship every item with great care. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
- We only accept returns if the item received is damaged.
- Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Please contact us at support@crystaltreasure53.com before sending any return.

Return Process
- Email support@crystaltreasure53.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item at our return facility.
Refunds
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, even in the case of damaged items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for damaged items.
