At Crystal Treasure, we pack and ship every item with great care. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

  • We only accept returns if the item received is damaged.
  • Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible:
    • The item must be unused and in original condition.
    • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Please contact us at support@crystaltreasure53.com before sending any return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-damaged items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Email support@crystaltreasure53.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the damage
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
  3. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item at our return facility.

Refunds

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, even in the case of damaged items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges
